Meet Dr. Tony Issenmann

Dr. Tony Issenmann is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, leadership consultant, and co-founder of The Field Group. For more than two decades, Tony has partnered with families and professionals during seasons of change—offering calm, clarity, and strategic support to help them move forward with greater connection and capacity.

Tony’s work is deeply rooted in family systems thinking and in both traditional and intensive therapeutic environments. Over the years, he has shaped national programs, trained clinicians and educators across the country, and developed relational frameworks that drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

In prior roles—including Director of Family Programs, Executive Director, and senior clinical leadership—Tony helped teams align around shared values and practices, creating integrated systems of care that respond to the needs of the whole family.

At The Field Group, he draws on this leadership experience to guide care coordination, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that interventions are grounded in systemic insight and relational trust. He works alongside the Field team to deliver services that are thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored—helping families build healthier dynamics and move toward lasting change.
